Sinlicone Coated Fiberglass Sleeving Electric Insulation

Specifications

It is made of fiberglass twisted yarn in round sleeving braiding machine, and with new coating material, those normal products can adopt in the field of transportation and aerospace and so on and meet the special requirements on electric insulation, thermal resistance, anti-heat radiation, wear resisting layers. Old normal products can have new application. Our campany has the certificates of UL, SGS and ROHS. In  the over 10yeas, for developing new products to meet market’s demand, we supply the following fiberglass sleeves:

a. Uncoated fiberglass sleeves: made in specified round machine, diameter from 10mm to 300mm, working temperature ≤538 degree centigrade, instantaneous temperature 1000degree centigrade. It is packed by carton with fixed weight per roll as customers’ demand, for example, we export Dia.20mm sleeves to America with fixed 10kg per carton. 

b. Silicone fiberglass sleeves: coated with silicone resin, voltage resistance from 1.5KV to 10KV, good flexibility, electric insulation and Anti-UV. Colour and roll length can be advised by customers.

c. Expandable fiberglass sleeves: it is coated with silicone resin with diameter from 0.5mm to 50mm.  Besides of all the properties of silicone fiberglass sleeves, the most important point is expandability. The expandable rate is 20% to 100%, upon request. 

d. Heat reflective silicone resin fiberglass sleeves: Besides of all the properties of silicone fiberglass sleeves, the coating material is added ingredients of heat reflective and sheilding. The colour of the finished sleeves is silver grey, and diameter from 0.5mm to 50mm. 

e. Double fiberglass braided sleeves: To increase the strength and temperature property and make the insulation reach 8KV~10KV, the double fiberglass braided sleeves are produced by special technic to meet the specified demand on motor and electrical equipment. Finished diameter can be 2mmto 14mm.

f. Fire protection fiberglass sleeves: It is coated with silicone resin that is anti-fire. Temperature resistance -60~260 degree centigrade, voltage 10~15KV, protecting operator from burning by hot pipe, moisture-proof, resistance to oil and heat temperature resistance, we produce the sleeves with inner dia. 6~120mm, wall thickness 2~5mm, roll length 15~20m. It is specially used to cover electrical wire or fluid pipeline as a protection material in metallurgy, electicity factory and shipbuilding.

g. Graphite coated fiberglass sleeves: It is the high temperature and wear resistant fiberglass sleeves coated with graphite, with temperature resistance 800degree centigrade, diameter from 3mm to 18mm, which is sealing material for oven and air-tight door. It is specially developed for Electrolux group from Poland and America.

h. Fiberglass sleeves coated with polyurethane and acrylic: The problem of moisture in summer and stiffness in winter has been solved with this kind of sleeves, and the finished diameter is from 0.5mm to 30mm, and voltage from 1.5KV to 4KV.
